This redevelopment of Edmonton's Varscona Theatre uses mass timber panels to create an exposed wood roof sitting atop a framework of Glulam beams and columns.

A distinctive feature of this project is the curved NLT panels that form the theatre seating. Exposed from below, these panels were made using a fabrication method which bent the boards of each panel into the correct radius.
