Part of what motivates us is the satisfaction of finding solutions which express the flow of forces or process of the building; combining cost-efficiency of production with elegance of the product. The fact that we have shop and site personnel working together with the engineers means that solutions are well-informed and buildable.

The nature of our work, and the fact we understand our structures implicitly, means we adapt solutions quickly, in the shop and on site. But we like to listen also, as there is a wealth of ideas to explore with our client.
